Custom Landscape Design
Our hand-drawn designs are informed by your garden goals and maintenance intentions. Created with an artists’ eye, your garden design will balance plant textures, colors, seasonality and most importantly, usefulness (for our ecosystem and you). Designs begin with an initial consultation to discuss your goals, analyze existing structures, plants and garden conditions, and to share the design process. Initial design consultation fee: $175
Plant Procurement and Delivery
Our relationships with the highest quality growers will ensure that the plants we plan for your garden are the plants placed in your garden. We will source the plants, deliver on planting day, and help guide you or your landscaping team to plant for success.
Medicinal Container Design
The power of herbs is evident to those who just walk past them: aromatics of lavender and lemon balm; sunshine flowers of calendula and echinacea, and the gorgeous structure of hawthorne and juniper. We now offer medicinal container design, maintenance and education (such as harvesting and recipes). These containers have been specifically created to enhance the entryways and sitting areas of homes and business, where their multi-sensory elements can be enjoyed, and individuals can develop a closer relationship with these plants in their environment.
Ornamental Container Design
Just like the above description, our containers are designed for multi-season and multi-sensory interest. Ornamental containers can be designed and refreshed seasonally on a schedule, so your entryway and containers always shine and engage.
Supportive Consultations
Wonder why your shrub has “wild hairs”? Or what plants love to grow alongside tomatoes? When to harvest and dry your herbs? How to decide whether to remove or rehabilitate an overgrown shrub? How to create new garden space or enrich depleted soil? Questions when wandering a garden space can be as vast as the ecosystem itself. Let’s walk together and have a conversation, one time or seasonally. $95/hour, 2-hour minimum.
Learning about plants and ecosystems is a lifetime of exploration. Let’s get started.
