Spend a day immersed in yoga, herbal learning, and hands-on planting as we explore the connection between our bodies and the natural world.
The day includes:
Opening circle to set intentions and connect with nature and one another
Invigorating yoga flow to wake up the body and mind. Through breath and movement we’ll gently build heat, using our breath to cultivate energy while exploring how we are all connected to nature.
Fresh-pressed juice from Pressed on Main to refresh and energize after practice
Hands-on herb planting with Cora — create your own container herb garden using plants selected for beauty, flavor, and medicinal use. We’ll mix soil, talk about how to prune for strong growth and continuous harvest, and learn how to care for herbs in containers or garden beds at home.
Healthy organic lunch by Simply Cooks
A guided walk on the property to identify and harvest several wild medicinal and edible plants
Experience aromatic plant essence hydrosols crafted by Stacey from plants grown in her garden
Custom herbal tea blending with Stacey— explore the taste, aroma, and properties of different herbs as you create a tea blend tailored to your constitution. Learn how herbs can support relaxation, digestion, and vitality, and how to balance flavor and function in your own blends.
